TRAINING: 11TH - 17TH APRIL 2016

A recovery week. This is going to be exciting then, isn't it?

Mon 11th - Recovery & gentle walking

Main issue is lack of concentration. Think I'm still on an adrenaline high.

Walked to tube, around town and back in the evening. Have felt worse after a hill training session!

Miles = something but only walking, which doesn't count.

Av Pace = Walking

Tues 12th - 30 mins gentle walk and stretch

Went for a 45min walk in the evening to get fresh air as I've been working from home and going stir crazy. Keeping stretching every couple of hours and feeling good.

Weds 13th - Swim and stretch

No swimming pools near me so just some more walking and stretching. 

Thurs 14th - 45min cross training and stretch

Why is it always sunny on non-running days? 45 mins on bike and eliptical.

Fri 15th - Rest day

Actually did Beigel-Run with the AR Collective (approved by coach!). 20 mins swimming in the evening. Gosh that swimming malarky is hard work.

Miles: 6.4 + simming

Av pace: a lovely, social 9.05/mi

Sat 16th - 30 mins easy

Taken as a rest day

Sun 17th - 45min walk

Which did happen due to some unfortunate key-losing events. Hence speedy walks to and from the tube!
