Mon 29th: Me - Easy // Mr B - Physio Exercises
Mondays are always hard these days! Went to get bread.
Stats:
Me - 3.46mi, 30:52, 8’55/mi, 156bpm

Tues 30th: Me - Track  // Mr B - Track


Track was 11x 700m off 70s. I took a break for the middle one so did 2x [5 x 700m]
Mr B felt like he was going backwards after the 6th do stopped at 7, given that it’s chunky session over winter and it’s important not to push it right now.
Stats:
Me -  3:12, 3:03, 3:05, 3:08, 3:06 // 3:07, 3:04, 3:06, 3:07, 3:10 (average rep 3:06) Mr B did 7 reps: Mr B - did 7 reps  - 2:28, 2:25, 2:26, 2:27, 2:30, 2:37, 2:43,

Weds 31st: Me - Rest Day // Mr B -45 mins easy
Mr B decided not to run as he was still feeling wiped out ( I could learn from him…))

Thurs 1st: Me - Easy // Mr B -  10 minutes Warm Up, 10,8,6,4,2 minutes at Threshold with a 90 second recovery, 10 minutes Cool Down
Stats:
Me - 4.25miles, 38:00, 8’56/mi, 153bpm
Mr B - 7.1 miles, 53:34, Av pace 7’33 (not sure on the reps)

Fri 2nd: Me - Easy // Mr B - Physio Exercises
Stats:
Me - 4.39mi, 39:18, 8’57/mi, 148bpm

Sat 3rd: Me - Easy   // Mr B-150 minutes Easy / Steady Long Run

I felt very plod-y but needed fresh air. Mr B found his long run much harder ahn last week - I guess the build up of 2 long runs a week apart is to do with it.
Stats:
Me - 3.28mi, 30:48, 9’23/mi, 144bpm
Mr B - 18.5mi, 2:33:08, 8’15/mi, 163bpm

Sun 4th: Me -  30 mins S&C // Mr B - Physio Exercises
Used the Bump It Up book by Greg Whyte for a change to S&C routine.
