Training Log: 6th - 12th Nov 2017

Monday 6th - Me: Hilly route runcommute // Mr B : 30 mins recovery run whilst training youth HAC
That was really hard work. I think probably due to lack of sleep. Hips bad afterwards though

Tuesday 7th -  Me: Track done as session on run home // Mr B: Track  - 10x 1k off 80s
Was tired and it was raining and had loads still to do in the evening so I did the track session as part of my run home instead -  splits rubbish but HR low so clearly wasn't trying!

 Weds 8th - Me: Short runcommute // Mr B : Rest day
Hard work by the end but nice

Thurs 9th - Me: Planned to do same as Mr B but was feeling creaky so did easy run + bodyweight conditioning for 30mins and will do Adidas intervals tomorrow // Mr B  10 minutes Warm Up, 2 x 11 minutes at Threshold effort with a 120 second recovery, 10 minutes Cool Down

Stats:  Me - 41:13, 5mi, 8'05/mi, 136bpm //  Mr B – 44:10, 5.5 miles

Fri 10th - Me: Easy run into regents park + join AdidasLDN interval session //Mr B – 20mins easy + Strides

It was so nice to run with others again. Felt great doing it, but seized up big time when I went into work and was sat at a desk for the rest of the day.

Sat 11th - Planned to do easy run but instead 25mins conditioning as feeling a bit twinge // Mr B – Southern League XC at Milton Keynes

Sun 12th - Conditioning done - 30mins + stretch // Mr B – 20-30mins conditioning
