Training Log: 25th - 31st March - (Wk 49 #WeGoAgain)

This week was lighter than I’d normally go when running two marathons back to back. This was because of a slightly grumpy plantar. We didn’t want to risk anything.

Monday 25th - Rest day
Still in Limassol in the morning so went for a tiny little swim.

Tuesday 26th - Rest day

Wednesday 27th - 30min swim
Back in chlorine-laden london swimming pool! Surprisingly nice to be back in the pool doing some proper effort

Thursday 28th - 25min swim
A different pool and another swim!

Friday 29th - Yoga
Did 30mins NTC Deep restorative Yoga. It’s all about the recovery this week.

Saturday 30th - 60mins easy run
For some reason I red this as 40. However, while I was looking forward to it on Friday night… we had really awful sleep - up 4 hrs with poorly baby in the middle of the night! Agh!
