Monday 8th - 45 minutes Easy Run
Center parcs loops. Felt a bit sluggish! Started with Mr B for 20mins. We saw LOADS of squashed frogs on the ground. Weird. Still convinced that CP sucks the energy from my legs.

Tuesday 9th - AM: Weights // PM: Track

Not quite the power-boost of the weights session last time when I ran around the 1:21 mark but I’m happy with that and the consistency.

Wednesday 10th - Swim or rest day
20min swim a mighty 629 yards! Goggle marks were still there at lunchtime!

Thursday 11th - 45 minutes Easy Run
DOMS from Tuesday! Only did 40 mins run as I had insomnia (GREAT!) last night and had finally fallen asleep and then woke up just in time for the 40.

Friday 12th - 10 minutes Warm Up, 15, 10, 5, 5 minutes at Threshold with a 2 minute recovery, 10 minutes Cool Down
Total shocker. Legs just felt like lead! Was actually expecting splits to be worse than that but still.. pretty trudgey!
Weird... 15 = 6'45 / 10 = 6'37 / 5 = 6'29 / 5 =6'24

Saturday 13th - 120 minutes Easy / Steady Long Run - I was allowed to chose my own MP section
Felt sluggish - did middle 60 aiming for marathon pace - ended up 7'00 though one of those miles was a reasonable uphill but still, some of the downhills were not fast! Think might be partly because I'd set myself the MP so kept slightly checking out!

Sunday 14th - 30mins conditioning

Did swiss ball and some core + glute NTC stuff
