Berlin Marathon race report, pre race ponderings and post race meanderings. It's a long one and I haven't even mentioned the un-planned detour via Copenhagen on the way home.
Well, one of my challenges to myself this year is complete. 100miles run in the space of a week and nothing broken or injured in the process. Oh, and a race at the end of it. Love this stuff. I still have no idea how you can do that mileage in one day though. I shall find out sometime, but that's a challenge for another day. In the meantime, here's my week...

Resting after yesterday! Being good and playing it safe.
25mins cross training crammed into my lunchbreak. Despite not being as much fun as running I felt a LOT less stiff after it.
Beigel run! Back in the game with the AdventRunning crew. We run every Friday before work from Beigel Bake on brick lane.
Pace: social... Strava had a wobbly
Miles: about 9
