Sleep has been better this week which has helped massively. I've hit 1k reps, a threshold session and a long run. I've had the desire to extra runs and the "ooh i've got a long run tomorrow" excitement back. yey! Next weekend... a race. ARGH?! and YEY!

If you're tired of the cross trainer you're tired of.... well, just tired. Rubbish sleep this week and being tied to the cross trainer doesn't make for a very interesting training log but never fear! There is light at the end of this very sweaty tunnel.

Hot hot hot! It's been a sweaty week, hasn't it? 3x5x400m was a tough one on Tuesday but I got through it and Mr B and I ran our first ever race *together* (as opposed to racing each other) thanks to the ever fantastic Maverick Race
