A normal week, just a little less volume and a lot more rain! Track, Weights, intervals and a sports massage. Then a lovely 90min run with some proper flow at the start. ps. Nike Pegasus 33s are AWESOME. I love my new ones so much! Shame the 34s aren't as good.

Sleep has been better this week which has helped massively. I've hit 1k reps, a threshold session and a long run. I've had the desire to extra runs and the "ooh i've got a long run tomorrow" excitement back. yey! Next weekend... a race. ARGH?! and YEY!

My second week in Cardiff. I got to run around the bay on glorious sunny mornings, do intervals and 10miles with the Les Croupiers run club, manage a little sub-7/mi pace , 17 miles one day and 18 two days later (though it was a battle) and racked up some decent miles. Full details in the post. Next week will be slightly lower mileage again and a bit of cross trainer stuff *ugh*. Just to be safe. Zzzz.
