A bit more running, some pace work (but not much), some stressful packing, and running in the centre parcs vortex and trying not to get shot..

A deferred long run which gave hope for not having been derailed by illness, some horrific DOMS, a properly shoddy one and an ok one again. 1 week to go.

The horriblest of stomach bugs. Total loss of appetite and feeling ROUGH. This is not the plan.
