Snow and icy winds will not thwart Mr B and my heart is warmed by the lovely Harrow AC crew.

PLUS an awesome massage... who knew that looking after a small person made you so tense! Basically I'm doing squats holding a 7lb weight, going up and down stairs a lot and sitting feeding in less than perfect posture-positions, so lots of knots to work out.
