Training Log: 20-26th Aug 2018 (Wk 17 #WeGoAgain)

Mon 20th - Easy 45 + 15min conditioning
Ran with MiniB in the buggy…. forgot to do the conditioning
Stats: 5.86mi, 48:34 8’17/mi, 150bpm

Tue 21st - 10 minutes Warm Up, 8 x 1:30 on (85-90% effort) with 1 minute Steady Jog Recovery, 2 minutes Recovery, 8 x 1 minute on (90%+ effort) with 1 minute Easy Jog Recovery, 10 minutes Cool Down

I was staying at Mum and Dad’s in Hitchin as Steve was away so it was great to run around my home town, if a bit weird as I wasn’t a runner when I lived there. The effort sections were a bit lame, especially the 90% bits.
Stats: 4.03 + 2.92 miles, 52:05

Wed 22nd - 45 mins easy run
Totally misread on phone and did swim & conditioning

Thu 23rd - 10 minutes Warm Up, 3 x 10 minutes at Threshold effort with a 90 second recovery, 10 minutes Cool Down
- oh no! Wrong session. Eejit. 🙈But the paces were ok in that I got faster.

Did 30 mins on treadmill while Mini B was asleep, then transferred to + 20 mins with running buggy

Sun 26th - 30 mins S&C with the swiss ball
