Oh to be in Florence. Two years ago I was at the end of my 3 marathons in 3 months and about to run a huge PB Of 2:53:22 @firenzemarathon 🏃♀️➡️🤱 Today I’m working my way back. 75 easy with 6x1min @ 90%, 1min jog at 40mins. Then did a few more 30s/30s as was enjoying trying to get the legs going. Quads feeling well used now! •• • • #blandontherun #WeGoAgain #thelongroadback #fullpotential #run #running #runner #worlderunners #runplanet #runchat #runningheroes #womensrunninguk #nevernotrunning #instarunners #ukrunchat #motherrunner #igrunners #runnerscommunity #marathon #womensrunning #YourRuns #christiansinsport #runhappy #runitfast #runnersofinstagram #runmummyrun #werunfar #motherrunnerchat 🏃♂️road to @limassolmarathon @londonmarathon

Wed 28th - Rest day
The boys were sleeping and I couldn’t so I went for a run along the canal. Saw swans and sucken boats. Not sure that muddy terrain is what Pegasus Boost trainers were made for!
