Didn’t manage to get to the swim but did evil swiss ball strength session for 30mins
Sat 10th- Chiltern League Cross Country race in Milton Keynes ( inc British Cross Challenge and Oxf V RAF race)
A family day out with both Mr B and me running cross country for Harrow AC. Some short punchy hills but for once I didn’t get beaten on the hills. Hurrah!

Done on a windy, but beatiful seafront

Did 30mins conditioning
Sat 17th - 75 minutes Easy Long Run
Only managed 65 due to sleep / baby issues and had to do it as a buggy run (into the wind for half) Only slept 3Hrs 30 (!!) but was glad to get out

All back to normal now after some napping yesterday. Did conditioning and also went out for a little 25min run with the Mr
