Mon 17th - 45 minutes Easy Run
Done as a runcommute. Felt good.

Tues 18th - AM: Gym Session // PM: Club Session
Did 2x10kg dumbells ‘glutes to the max’ AM and then Highgate harriers 12x400 off 90s in the evening. Ran to the track too. Went for drinks with them after. Should have been at harrow ac Christmas curry but couldn’t get there soon enough after work. VERY wet track session!

Wed 19th - Rest Day
Was planning to run in but slept REALLY badly

Fri 21st - 10 minutes Warm Up, 3 x 8 minutes Kenyan Hills with a 90 second recovery between sets, 10 minutes Cool Down
The grey hills of n-dubz again. Was late in the afternoon which wasn’t ideal but actually it turned out to be a great way to get of a headache
Stats: 7.14mi 56:14 7:52/mi (hill blocks were 7'00, 7'01, 7'08)

Sat 22nd - 1hr 45 easy/steady run
Done along trans penine way. Got a bit lost and hit the wall a bit (ate breakfast at 6.30 and then ran 10 until 12) at the end but had some good splits in the middle

Sun 23rd - 30 mins conditioning
Was up at 5 with the small boy and a day of family visiting etc has left me pooped so this is getting skipped
