Monday 21st - 30 Min recovery run and stretch
Did an easy 30 on the treadmill with a few jump-offs to check on the MiniB and then an extra 15mins with some progression and uphill

Tuesday 22nd - Track - 4x 900,500 off 75s and 3mins

Stats:

Thursday 24th - 12 minutes Easy, 12 minutes Steady, 12 minutes Easy

Easy = 8'18 av
Steady = 6'52 av - felt really good, though was ready when it ended, wasn't hanging out for it
Easy = 7'44 av

Friday 24th - Rest Day
Did an easy 30 on treadmill

Stats:
3.50mi, 30:19, 8:40/mi

Saturday 25th - 60 minutes Easy Long Run: Split - 9 minutes running, 1 minute walking -
Wooo close to 10 miles! Didn't take the walk breaks,
Stats: 9.01mi, 1:11:36, 7:57/mi, 156bpm

Sunday 26th - 20 - 30 minutes Conditioning Work
