Monday 4th - 30 Mins recovery run and stretch
After a night of weird dreams where I left the small one on a hill after going out for a run, I was glad to be awake!

The first "race" back. The idea was to not compare it to past races (ha ha - didn't do well at that - see below) and just race what I could and get back into race mindset a bit. I'll do a proper write up but basically it was ... easier than I thought, then about what I expected, then harder than I thought!
