Forgot to do the conditioning so did it early morning tues. Run done post-work.

Tuesday 26th - Track
Plus: AM 15 mins conditioning
PM 2 x (3x600) & 1x 4x600 off 70s , 3 mins between sets (ish). A hot evening but I did my best to go out easy for the first and then stay at the same pace I've been running for 400 & 500s. Managed it - just gutted I couldn't get a clean sweep of 2:08!

Thursday 28th - 10 minutes Warm Up, 6,5,4,3,2,1 minutes at Threshold effort with a 60 second jog recovery between reps, 10 minutes Cool Down
Did the session early doors, unfuelled as per last week. I wanted to know if it was the fuelling or recovery or anything which was making the Thursday sessions tough. This one was waaaaaay better though to I *think* we're ok and it was a blip and nothing specific. Need to talk to BenFP though.
Went swimming for 30 mins at lunchtime too. Kept it steady but as almost non-stop

Friday 29th - Swim // 20 minutes Conditioning Work -CHANGED TO 80 min EASY
Mr B was going to be out early->late on Saturday. In the past this would have meant bonus time for a super long run but now it means I can't do one at all! So, after chatting to BenFP I did it Friday evening instead. I dropped MiniB at Mr B's work for him to bring back and ran home from there. It was HOT HOT HOT but it was great fun and I felt like I could have gone on forever if I'd had water.

Saturday 30th - 60 minutes Easy Run + 5km ParkRun as your Long Run (pick up effort for the ParkRun to Steady / Threshold type) -CHANGED TO REST DAY
BenFP agreed that I should postpone this to next week and because Iw as doing back to back sessions Thurs / Fri, this should be a rest day. As it happens I was on my feet for pretty much the whole day bar about 15mins in the middle so it wasn't entirely rest!
Sunday 1st - 30 minutes Conditioning Work
Did swiss ball session. Managed the plank with elbows on + plank with shins on combo. Still rubbish at pike, press rollout! Not quite as much almost-death though
